ABSTRACT:
Structural equation modeling methods represent a set of modeling techniques whose main interest lies in the complex modeling of research models with a theoretical focus. The major challenge in their use in management sciences research is mastering the configuration and interpretation of the outputs of these various methods. Among these, the PLS (Partial Least Squares) approach offers several specific features and functionalities that are useful to know in order to optimize its use.
